Steps
- In Notion, open Settings → Export all workspace content as HTML, including subpages.
- Create an Obsidian vault and install the official Importer community plugin.
- Run Importer → Notion and select the exported .zip file.
- Check databases: they become folders of notes with properties at the top.
- Turn on Obsidian Sync or put the vault in your own cloud folder to use it across devices.
Watch out for
- Notion database views don't carry over
- Shared team pages need a different home
