How to switch from Grammarly to LanguageTool

Both are browser extensions, so switching is uninstall, install and re-add your personal dictionary.

Steps

1. Export or note your Grammarly personal dictionary words from your account settings.
2. Remove the Grammarly extension and desktop app.
3. Install LanguageTool's extension for your browser and sign in.
4. Add your dictionary words in LanguageTool's settings.
5. Turn on the extra languages you write in.

• Tone suggestions are lighter
• Some app integrations differ
